The founding team has more than 10 years of experience in Turkey in hospital management and healthcare technology management having provided consultancy services since 2012 to the Turkish Ministry of Health in many areas, such as contract management, medical equipment planning, turnkey hospital installation and operation, and management cost analysis of groundbreaking City Hospital projects performed with the Public-Private Partnership model. In addition, the founding team has had extensive experience in digital hospital projects and business development and procurement processes consultancies of large-scale software and procurement projects (monitoring and auditing the operating services and contracts of PPP City Hospitals) funded by The World Bank.
